Updating your bathroom decor for a high end look on a budget is really easy with a little research. Of course you can search on the internet and find good deals all the time, just pay attention to the shipping and handling costs associated with the sinks and bathroom taps or faucets. While the faucets won’t weigh much the sinks are heavy and you always run the risk of breakage in shipping.
One of the easiest ways to update your bathroom decor is by painting and replacing a few key bathroom elements. such as your lighting fixtures, decorative mirrors, bathroom sinks, rugs and changing out your wall decor, towel bars, faucets, etc.
If you want to spend a little more changing out your bathroom counter top and replacing it with either granite or one of the new Eco- friendly composite counter tops made from recycled glass. Depending on the size of your replacement bathroom counter top will depend on what you might be willing to spend.
Vessel sinks are an easy upgrade to your bathroom and come in a variety of different materials including granite, large stones that have been cut in half and hollowed out. This would be ideal if you are needing to place two sinks in your bathroom. Have one large stone cut in half and two sinks prepared. That way they are closer in being matched than trying to buy two different stone sinks.
A vessel sink is also available in other materials as well. I have seen some beautiful sinks formed from fused glass. Another option is going to a fused glass artist and having them custom make you a vessel sink to sit on your bathroom counter top. In doing that you can always choose your colors of glass, just make sure it is a color you will be happy with for a long time to come, or use a multitude of colors so that changing out your bathroom decor is as simple as changing out your bathroom sets of towels and rugs instead of your sinks and faucets.
